Spanish Burgers
Ingredients
Pastry
450 g (1 lb) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
5 ml (1 tsp) salt
Pepper to taste
5 ml (1 tsp) dry mustard
5 ml (1 tsp) chili powder
15 ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
15 ml (1 tbsp) vinegar
2 cans of tomato sauce
Directions
Fry the ground beef until browned.
Add onion and sauté.
Add rice and remaining ingredients.
Simmer until rice is tender and flavours are well blended. Add water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
Serve over hamburger buns.
