Cream cheese icing

Make the cream cheese icing:

- Cream Crisco and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time. Beat one minute.
- Put cocoa and red food colouring in a cup and make a paste. Add to mixture.
- Add salt and vanilla to buttermilk and add slowly to mixture alternately with flour.
- Put vinegar and soda in cup and mix and add to mixture.
- Bake in two 9-inch square pans at 175 C (350 F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Make the cream cheese icing:
- Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
